Out in the Mission San Luis Rey Area, I got a call from a guy standing next to his 2025 Lexus LX in a parking lot off Bonsall Drive. It came back clean. Every function, every handle, exactly as it should be.
He mentioned the dealer was already on his radar as a next step, with a multi-day service window and a loaner car situation in the mix. He didn't need any of that. Twenty minutes on site, way less than the dealer path would have cost him, and he drove away without changing his afternoon plans at all.
