I started with my FO38 Lishi to pick and decode the door lock by reading each wafer position. Then I cut two fresh H75 transponder keys from the bitting. I connected through OBD, and Ford's PATS system requires a 10-minute security timer during all-keys-lost. Once the timer cleared, I erased the old key data and programmed both new keys. His Transponder Key, FCC ID , was cut, programmed, and tested right there.
His car started in the same country club lot. Total was around $154. Dealer wanted $343 plus a tow.
