2007 Lincoln Navigator
Key Replacement - Save vs Dealer in San Diego

2007 Lincoln Navigator Remote Head Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

Spring Valley Village, a Monday afternoon. A travel nurse on assignment called me because she needed her Navigator running all week, not Friday.

She had already talked to the dealer. They said they would need to order the fob, and the earliest they could get her in was later that week. She was on a thirteen-week contract, working shifts at a hospital, and riding a service out there every day was not a workable plan. She found me, asked if I could actually come that day, and I said yes.

I was at her apartment complex in Spring Valley Village the same afternoon she called. Popped the hood on my van, connected my programmer through the OBD port, ran the key registration sequence for this generation of Navigator. Cut the blade to her vehicle on-site. Tested the transponder, tested all three remote buttons, tested the door locks, tested the liftgate. Everything live, in her parking lot, before I packed up.

She drove herself to work Tuesday morning. The dealer comparison barely came up. She just needed it handled that day, and it was.
