I got a call out to the Richland area of San Marcos on a weekday morning. The owner had parked his 2003 Navigator in the driveway the night before and it started fine. Next morning, nothing. That's it. He'd been stressing about an engine problem for two days. The fix was a replacement key, done on site, for a fraction of what the dealer quoted once he finally got someone on the phone.
