I got a call out to Rancho Del Oro on a Tuesday morning. Guy had a 2010 Impreza sitting in his driveway and zero working keys. His only key had snapped -- the blade sheared off right at the shoulder, and the broken stub was still in his jacket pocket. The head with the chip was fine, but the blade was done.
