The dealer process for a 2012 Subaru Legacy key goes like this. Call, get transferred twice, schedule an appointment days out, arrange a tow, sit in a waiting room, pay $395 plus tow. That's half a day gone.

A chiropractor in San Ysidro couldn't do any of that. He was at his office lot on a Wednesday with patients every 30 minutes until 5pm.
