That meant I could transplant the working board into a fresh 4-button shell, cut a new HU101 blade to code, and skip the full all-keys-lost KVM reset entirely. No SDD session, no dealer PIN request, no wiping and relearning.
I tested all four buttons, cycled the immobilizer twice, and confirmed the passive start. She was pulling out of the lot by 5:28.
