Out at the self-storage facility near Hollywood Beach in Oxnard, a guy was in the middle of a move when his only key to a 2022 Grand Cherokee L went missing. Not lost at home. I got the door open, got into the vehicle, pulled the gateway credentials, registered the new fob, and verified every button and the start function before I called it done. He was back to moving in under 45 minutes from when I pulled up.
He mentioned at the end that he had called the dealer first. They told him three days out, minimum. He just looked at me and shook his head.
