A blinking start button with a key-not-detected warning is usually one of three things: low or failing fob battery, the keyless module in a fault state, or a fob that has lost its pairing.

Start with the CR2032. If the battery is more than a year old, swap it first. If the warning clears, you are done. If the car still will not start but recognizes the fob on the console backup spot, the module may just need a reset rather than a new key. If neither of those resolves it, the fob may need to be re-registered. That requires diagnostic equipment and takes maybe 20 to 30 minutes on site. Do not let anyone tell you the module needs replacing before a proper diagnosis, because that is a several-hundred-dollar part and it is rarely the actual cause.
