About 30 minutes, start to finish. Her car never left the parking spot.
She walked out after her last patient, hit the button from ten feet away, and the locks popped. She held both keys up and just kind of weighed them in her hands, like she was making sure the new one was real. Then she drove home. No tow, no canceled appointments, and a fraction of what the dealer quoted.
