His smart key, FCC ID LX8FZV, was a 3-button G-series proximity fob that I built at the overlook. He seemed pretty amazed it could all happen on a dirt pullout with no cell service.
His BMW started in that mountain pullout, same spot it sat all morning. Total was around $185. A dealer would have charged $395 plus a tow from a location no flatbed could reach.
