Over in Casa de Oro, there is a VFW post off Campo Road where some of the regulars know each other well enough that word travels fast when something goes wrong. A guy there had already been through one bad locksmith experience with his 2002 BMW 5 Series. The engine cranked every time, but it died the instant it tried to catch.
