That combination, cranks but no start with a key warning, almost always points to the immobilizer not recognizing the transponder in your flip key. A few things can cause it.

The CR2032 being too low can sometimes affect fob communication, so swap that first. If the battery is fine, the transponder inside the key housing may have failed. These are not repairable, the key needs to be replaced and reprogrammed. Less commonly, the receiver near the ignition can develop a fault, but that is worth ruling out after you have confirmed the key itself is the problem.

If you have a spare key, try that. If the spare starts it and the primary does not, you have a dead transponder in the original. If neither key works, that points toward a security system issue that needs to be diagnosed on site. Either way, do not keep cranking.
