Out near Apricot Lane Farms in Moorpark, a guy with a 2017 Genesis G90 lost his only smart key somewhere between the farm market and the gravel overflow lot. From there I ran the all-keys-lost procedure, which wipes any previously registered fobs so the lost one is dead to the car, and enrolled the new SY5HIFGE04 as primary.

He stood there watching the dash light up and just kind of exhaled, like he had been holding his breath since he called. I cut him a second fob too, because one-key owners always end up calling somebody like me eventually.
Lock decode to engine running, about 45 minutes. The dealer quoted him a tow plus a weekday-only appointment plus a wait for the fob to ship. I did it in a parking lot on a Saturday for a fraction of what they wanted.
