Upper Village valet stand, the attendant waves me over. A 2023 G90 owner couldn't get his smart key to work right. Car would start, but the door handles ignored him half the time.

I connected my Autel and ran the update right there in the parking structure. Took about 12 minutes for the BCM to accept the new firmware and reset. Then we tested every function: all four doors' touch sensors, trunk button, remote start, walk-away lock. Everything responded on the first try.
