Got called to Ventura Boulevard shopping area in Camarillo where a 2024 Nautilus owner was stuck outside Trader Joe's. Dashboard kept flashing "No Key Detected" even though she was holding the fob.

Programming from scratch meant dealing with Ford's security delays. Ten minutes between each key add, mandatory. No shortcuts. I cut a fresh HU101 blade from the door lock, programmed the M3N-A3C054339 fob through OBD, then sat through the countdown.
While we waited, she told me the dealer quoted a week out just for diagnosis. Then parts ordering. Then programming. All separate appointments.
When the security timer hit zero and the new key registered, I had her test everything. Lock, unlock, remote start, trunk, panic. Then the real test: walk away, come back, touch the door handle. It unlocked smooth as new.
Total time in that Trader Joe's lot: 47 minutes including the mandatory PATS delays. Fraction of what the dealer wanted, and she made her meeting.
