A long-haul trucker pulled into a dark rest stop outside Lakeside late at night and his 2007 Dodge Durango key fob stopped working. He was back on the highway in under an hour. Total was $185. The dealer would have been $395 whenever they opened next. When you're stuck at a rest stop at 10pm, dealer hours are irrelevant. What matters is someone picking up the phone and showing up with the right tools.
