Down near Moonlight Beach in Encinitas, the parking situation after dark is quiet in a way that makes a dead smart key feel more urgent than it should. That's where I got the call.
An occupational therapist had wrapped a late session at an outpatient clinic and walked out to her 2021 Q50 around nine in the evening. Push-button start gave her nothing.
