I got a call from someone over near Alpine Village on a Tuesday morning. She had a 1999 Lexus LS and had been fighting the ignition for about a month. Some days it turned clean. Other days she was sitting in a parking lot near the Pilates studio coaxing the key for five minutes before it caught.

The car started clean on the first turn. The dealer's quote was for parts she did not need. She saved a good chunk and did not have to leave Alpine Village to do it.
