I got a call from a guy near RB Town Center in Rancho Bernardo. He was parked outside one of the shops off Bernardo Center Drive, fob in hand, nothing working. Truck started fine, but the remote had been dead for about a week and he had been ignoring it. Then he locked his only fob inside the cab by accident and the whole situation changed fast.

He mentioned the dealer had quoted him a significant amount just to diagnose why the remote stopped working. He paid a fraction of that with me, right there in the parking lot, same day.
