In Ventura, over near the Promenade, an ER nurse finishing a late shift flagged me down in an urgent care parking lot. She had already looked up my BSIS license, LCO 6792, before she ever called. Then the part nobody thinks about: testing every function. Lock, unlock, trunk, panic, door handle touch sensor on both sides, push-button start, and walk-away auto lock. All of it, not just a quick click in the parking lot.
She got a real receipt with a license number, a phone number, and a company van with the name on it. The dealer wanted to schedule her days out for the same job. She was back on the road in under 30 minutes.
