2015 BMW X6 Smart Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

Got a call around 3am from a guy in Oxnard, over near Historic Plaza Park. His 2015 X6 was sitting in the driveway, push-to-start, and his only smart key had just stopped talking to the car. Dashboard reading "Key not found." He was already looking up tow companies when he found my number.

I told him to hold off on the tow. I'd come to him.

Pulled up, connected my programmer to the OBD-II port, and read the CAS4+ module. The ISN data from the N55 DME came through clean, which is what you want on a CAS4+ all-keys-lost job. His old NBGIDGNG1 fob was dead to the system, so I wrote a new 4-button smart key, synced it to the CAS4+ and the DME, then tested comfort access on all four doors and the tailgate.

The part that got him was watching the whole thing happen in his driveway at 3am. He kept looking up and down the street like someone was going to tell him this wasn't allowed.

Comfort access worked. Start button worked. All four remote buttons worked. I cleared the old key out so it couldn't start anything.

A dealer would have meant a flatbed ride, waiting until business hours, and paying way more than what I charged him on a dark residential street in the middle of the night.
