Tested lock, unlock, trunk, and panic from multiple angles so he could see the difference between a clean IR signal and a blocked one. Then I moved to the second vehicle and handled that one back to back.
He stood between both cars watching the whole thing like it was a pit crew situation. Two vehicles, one visit, done on site before lunch. The dealer would have needed two separate appointments, two service writers, and a whole afternoon per car.
