A teacher over in Rose Park had picked up a 2024 Crosstrek from an auction lot. Clean car, good shape, one key. She called the Subaru dealer about a spare and got a number she wasn't expecting. She found EZ Car Keyz online and reached out asking if the dealer quote was real.

Yes. I come to you wherever you are in Oxnard. I carry the diagnostic equipment and blanks for the 2024 Crosstrek, so there's no reason to call a tow truck or wait on roadside assistance. Lockout on a proximity-start vehicle is different from a traditional key -- if the fob battery died completely, you can often still start the car by holding the fob directly against the start button (the car has a backup reader built in), but getting back inside the door is a different problem. Call me, I'll get you in and we can sort out whether it's a battery issue or something else once you're not standing outside the car.
