All-keys-lost on the Mirai requires diagnostic equipment to reset the immobilizer and enroll the new fob, and the process has a timed sequence built in, so you can't rush it. But we got it done.
He drove home that night. The dealer was closed, and even if they weren't, he would have been waiting days and paying a lot more. The VIN off the windshield was what made it possible. Text it to me before I arrive and the job runs faster.
