I got a call from a woman near Hueneme Beach on a weekday afternoon. She had a 1997 Chrysler Cirrus and a key that had snapped off inside the ignition cylinder. She was back on the road same afternoon. The dealer visit would have meant a tow, a wait, and losing at least a full day. For a mid-nineties metal key job, none of that was necessary.
