Over in Lemon Grove Plaza in Oxnard, a woman flagged me down at the parking lot outside the shops. She had a 2012 Infiniti M37 with push-to-start and zero working keys. Her only fob had gone missing somewhere during the evening and the car just sat there, dark and locked.

I connected my ACDP to read the BCM backup data first, then ran the AKL procedure through OBD with my IM608. The system uses Hitag-2 / PCF7952 crypto, and the 20-digit PIN extraction has a timed sequence you just have to wait through.
New CWTWB1U787 fob paired, emergency insert blade cut on site, all old key IDs wiped from memory.
She sat in the driver's seat, pressed the brake, hit start, and the VQ37VHR turned over like nothing had happened. She just looked at the steering wheel for a second, processing it.
The whole thing took about 40 minutes in a parking lot. No tow truck, no waiting three days at a dealership. A fraction of what they would have charged.
