Got a call just after 6 AM from a guy in San Jose Creek, Goleta. His only smart key to his 2015 Lincoln MKS had snapped at the blade the night before, right where the emergency insert meets the fob housing. He had a 7:30 flight out of SBA and was standing in his driveway holding two pieces of key.
