I was out near the Botanic Garden Area in Thousand Oaks on a Tuesday afternoon, parked on a side street behind a 2004 Celica that had seen better days on the outside but was clearly somebody's weekend car. She mentioned she'd called the dealer first. Parts plus programming plus cutting, the number they gave her was not small. She paid a fraction of that, on a Tuesday afternoon, never moved the car.
