Over near Centerpoint Mall in Oxnard, a woman called me from a periodontist parking lot on a Tuesday. Her 2010 XC70 needed a replacement smart key and she had already called the dealer that morning. Earliest appointment was the following Monday. Six days. She commuted every day.
