I got a call from a delivery driver parked in a fast food lot in Lemon Grove, right on the Spring Valley border, at around 10 at night. His only key to his 2016 Civic was gone. He didn't know where he'd lost it, didn't have his registration on him, and was already pricing tow trucks on his phone before he called me.
