I used my diagnostic equipment to access the vehicle security system, cleared the key memory, and programmed two new fobs. Cut the emergency insert blade to her car. Tested every function at the door, at the handle, and at the start button before I called it done.
The police called back while I was still there. She had two working keys in her hand by then.
