2013 Chrysler 200 Remote Head Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional
A caterer working a banquet event in Westlake Village called me on a Saturday morning. She had her work vehicle loaded, the clock was moving, and her remote head key had been getting flaky for about a week. That morning it stopped working entirely. No start, no response from the fob. She was standing in a parking lot off Lindero Canyon with nowhere to go.

I decoded the blade at the lock, confirmed the cut, and rebuilt the key into a fresh shell with a new CR2032. Then I connected to the OBD port and programmed the replacement into the vehicle security system. The whole job ran about 35 minutes.
She had the key tested, verified, and in her hand before the venue's kitchen staff even started setup. She mentioned the dealer had quoted her an appointment three days out. That was not going to work for her schedule, and it would have cost her more than she wanted to think about on top of a tow.
She made her event. That part I did not hear about until she sent a message later that afternoon.
