Over in Rancho Conejo, I got a call from a woman who'd been dealing with her 2017 Chrysler 200 for three days before she reached out. I walked every door, tested the handle touch unlock on both front doors, worked through all five buttons, and started the car three times back to back with a full shut-down between each start. She stood next to me and watched. About halfway through the testing she said she expected me to be done already.
