I got a call from a Via Marina resident one morning. He was a veteran with a disability living at an assisted living facility near the water in Oxnard. Getting somewhere wasn't just inconvenient for him. He used a wheelchair and his 2002 PT Cruiser was his adapted transportation. Without that car running, his whole day stopped.
