I got a call from a guy parked near The Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks. He'd been shopping, came back to his 2013 MKT, grabbed the door handle, and nothing happened. The car just sat there. The dealer comparison came up, as it always does. He'd called Lincoln first and was quoted a wait plus the tow, because he'd also lost his spare. I was already there. The full job, if he'd needed it, would have been done in the parking lot for a fraction of what they wanted.
