Got the call at 5:45am from a guy at a truck stop off the 101, just outside the Montalvo neighborhood in Ventura. His 2014 Ram Promaster wouldn't turn over. The Fobik had been getting stiff in the WIN module for weeks and finally quit rotating altogether.

Back on the road before 7:30. The whole thing, drive time included, took about an hour. The dealer would have been a tow plus four days of sitting. He saved a good chunk and, more importantly, didn't lose a week of work over a key.
