Here's where it gets technical. These 2024s need the SGW bypass to program through OBD2. Connected my Autel with the 12+8 cable, went straight into the BCM, and paired the rebuilt fob. No errors, no kickouts at 80% like some guys hit when they try without the bypass.
Tested all five buttons: lock, unlock, panic, remote start, and liftgate. Everything worked first try. He was loaded up and rolling by 7am.
