I got a call from a guy stuck in a parking garage near the CSUSM Area in San Marcos. He had back-to-back meetings all afternoon and his 2016 Chevrolet Colorado key had stopped turning in the ignition. Not a dead battery, not a programming issue -- worn wafers in the cylinder.
