A guy in Carmel Mountain Ranch reached out on a Tuesday morning. He had watched one of my GM key replacement videos a few months back and kept the number in his contacts. Said he figured he'd never need it, then needed it.

Both locked, unlocked, and triggered the other functions without hesitation.
