I got a call from a physical therapist working out of a clinic near North Park. She had back-to-back patients booked all day, her 2019 Honda CR-V was sitting in the lot not going anywhere, and there was no realistic window to deal with a dealer. She came out between patients, picked up both keys, and went straight back inside. Her car had not moved from the spot. The dealer route would have meant a tow, a wait, probably a day off work, and a bill she described as absurd when she looked it up the night before. None of that happened here.
