In Ventura, over in Saticoy, I got a call from a guy who already knew his car was going to be a complicated conversation with a dealer.
He had a 2005 NSX-T. One black key, no red master key, and the blade was worn enough that he had to hold it at a specific angle just to get the ignition to catch. He'd been doing that little ritual for months. Then one morning it stopped working entirely.

Then I did it again with the original to make sure both worked clean through the ignition and the door locks.
He ended up with two solid keys instead of one worn-out gamble. The dealer never needed to see the car. He paid a fraction of what that other conversation was heading toward.
