A weekend hiker near Big Sky neighborhood in Simi Valley lost his only key somewhere on a trail. He retraced over a mile of his route, checked the lot, checked his pockets three more times. Nothing. His TSX was just sitting there, locked, going nowhere.

The whole job ran about 45 minutes. He had been mentally preparing for a tow, a dealer appointment days out, and a bill way bigger than what this cost. Instead he drove home from that same trailhead with two working keys in his pocket.
