A couple had been out near there and came back to their 2007 Ford Freestyle with a fob that had gone completely silent. No lock, no unlock, nothing. They drove out of there that same night. The dealer would have been a Monday appointment and a lot more money. When everything is already in the van, a Friday night call is not a crisis.
