Near Ventura City Hall, a woman flagged me down in the CVS lot. She had her 2014 Tucson running through Bluelink remote start but couldn't actually drive it. I pulled the immobilizer PIN through NASTF's authorized channel for Hyundai, which is something unlicensed operators can't access. Programmed her new SY5HMFNA04 fob through the OBD port using my ACDP on the 93C66 EEPROM in the SMARTRA module. The old lost fob got erased from the system during that same session, so it can never start the car again.
Tested push-button start, door handle touch lock and unlock on both sides, panic, and remote start. Everything came back clean with no residual fault codes in the BCM.
