Over near Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura, a first-year teacher had just bought a used 2000 Mazda Protege from a coworker. Decent car, fair price, one key. She called the Mazda dealer first. I decoded her driver-side door cylinder and cut a fresh key on the HPC Blitz right there on my van's tailgate. Tested the doors, the trunk, the ignition. Smooth turns, no hang-ups. Then I cut a second one from the same code so she would have a spare.
