I got a call from a woman who lives out near Faria Beach in Ventura. I programmed a new key with the correct chip profile matched to her vehicle and the factory FCC ID on the fob. Seated a fresh CR2032. Tested all four buttons, tested the blade in the door cylinder, and let the car run through its check before calling it done.
