A night janitor called me from a laundromat lot near Conejo Community Park in Thousand Oaks around 10:30 at night. His only smart key to his 2016 Sedona was gone. No spare. He was about to call a tow just to get the van somewhere safe overnight.

I pulled into the lot, connected my IM608 to the OBD port, and ran the all-keys-lost procedure on his FCCM immobilizer module. That wipes every old key from memory so whatever he lost can't start the van. Programmed a fresh 6-button smart key, cut the emergency insert blade to the HY18R profile, and tested every function under the parking lot lights. Lock, unlock, both sliding doors, hatch, panic.
He got quiet once the engine turned over. Then he just said "I thought I was sleeping here tonight."
He drove home. The VIN is the single most useful thing you can give me when you call.
