I was already in Ventura when the call came in. A parent had just finished drop-off near the Serra Cross/Grant Park area and was heading back to her car when the fob went completely unresponsive. No door unlock, no response from the push-button start, nothing. She still had the physical emergency insert key in the fob, so she could get in, but the car wouldn't start.
