A guy doing deliveries for a local outfit came out after his last stop on Third Avenue and the Express would not start. Key went in, turned, and nothing fired. No crank, nothing. He asked about the dealer. I told him they would have taken the van in on a flatbed, worked it into the shop queue, and quoted him a wait. He saved a good chunk and kept his afternoon route.
