Third Avenue Village in Chula Vista runs a lot of small businesses, and a good chunk of them run fleets. That is exactly who called me on a Tuesday afternoon.

A guy doing deliveries for a local outfit came out after his last stop on Third Avenue and the Express would not start. Key went in, turned, and nothing fired. No crank, nothing. He had a spare blade on his key ring, tried that too. Same result. He figured it was the battery or the starter, called a tow, and then called me because his dispatcher told him to.
